Welcome to Vanda Liamo (part of LRS ECOM B.V.). These terms and conditions ("terms") apply to the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Withdrawal period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the trader.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuing transaction: A distance contract involving a series of products and/or services where the delivery and/or purchase obligation extends over a longer period.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Trader: The legal entity offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.

4. The offer

Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability. If an offer has a limited duration, this will be explicitly stated. Every offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

5. The agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. The trader confirms receipt of the acceptance electronically without delay.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the product. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

7. Consumer obligations during the withdrawal period

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging.

8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as custom-made or perishable goods. Where applicable, this is noted in the product description.

9. Prices

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD $) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of changes to tax rates or other statutory obligations.

10. Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability. If a product does not comply, please consult our refund policy.

11. Delivery and performance

12. Continuing transactions

Agreements for an indefinite period may be terminated by the consumer at any time with a notice period of one month.

13. Payment

Payments are processed through secure systems and comply with statutory security standards. In case of non-payment, the trader has the right to suspend further performance of the agreement. See our payment policy for all available payment methods.

14. Complaints procedure
