2. Shipping Costs

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. That's why we are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses within the United States, Poland, and Denmark. The price you see for our products is the price you pay at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees or extra charges added to your cart for standard delivery.

3. Where We Ship From

To provide you with a diverse selection of high-quality products at competitive prices, we have established a global network of specialized fulfillment partners. Orders are shipped directly from our Asian warehouse partners (primarily in China).

This international fulfillment model allows us to work closely with our manufacturers, maintain a robust and varied inventory, and manage our operations efficiently. By shipping directly from the source, we can reduce overhead costs and pass those significant savings directly on to you, our valued customer.

4. Delivery Times

We work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our total delivery timeframe is a combination of processing time and shipping time.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days. This is the time it takes for us to verify your order details, perform a quality check on the items, and carefully pack your package for shipment.
  • Shipping Time: 5-8 business days. This is the transit time from when your package leaves our partner's warehouse until it arrives at your address.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days from the date you place your order. Please note that "business days" are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays in both the origin country and the destination country.

Disclaimer: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes, severe weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

We are committed to being fully transparent about potential international shipping charges. As our products ship from our international warehouses, they are subject to import regulations upon entering the United States, Poland, or Denmark, Poland, or Denmark.

The good news for our customers in the United States, Poland, and Denmark is that most orders are exempt from these fees. Due to the US de minimis exemption, most orders with a total value under USD 800 enter the United States without any customs duties or taxes.

However, in rare cases (for example, on high-value orders exceeding the $800 threshold or for specific product categories regulated by US Customs), import duties, fees, or sales tax may be assessed by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the time of delivery. These charges, if any, are determined by CBP and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vanda Liamo does not collect these fees, and they are NOT included in the product price or shipping charges on our website. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs, and we cannot offer a refund in such cases.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

7. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at support@vandaliamo.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date or the end of the estimated delivery window.

  • Lost or Delayed Package: If your order has not arrived within the estimated 6-10 business days window and your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.

8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address details before finalizing your purchase. Vanda Liamo (LRS ECOM B.V.) cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

9. Failed Delivery / Package Returned to Sender

If a package cannot be delivered by the carrier for reasons such as an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or non-payment of customs fees, it may be returned to our international warehouse. If this occurs, we will contact you to determine the next steps. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any reshipment costs. If a refund is requested, it may be processed minus any non-refundable shipping and handling costs incurred by us.

10. Optional Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, we may offer optional shipping protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you purchase shipping protection and experience one of these issues, you can file a claim for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping protection does not cover delivery delays or packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees.
