Refund Policy

Welcome to the refund policy of Vanda Liamo (part of LRS ECOM B.V.). We understand that fit is essential when buying women's fashion online. That is why we offer a flexible returns policy with attention to hygiene and quality.

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States.

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in case of a defective item.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Return conditions

  • Products must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition.
  • All original labels and tags must still be attached.
  • Products must be packed in their original packaging (where possible).
  • Swimwear (bikinis and one-pieces) must be unwashed, unused and the hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns without the hygiene sticker may be refused.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

Return procedure

Our return procedure is simple and consists of four steps:

  1. Register your return: 

    1.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

    1.2 For proper processing of your return, contact our customer service via [Contact us] or email info@vandaliamo.com. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

    1.3 To ensure we can register returns correctly, please notify us in advance. Returns sent without prior notification may be delayed in processing and may not be processed correctly.

    1.4 Note: return shipping is at your own expense. Our return address is at our international warehouse (Asia) and is provided on the return form.

  2. You may also use the statutory withdrawal form:

  3. Pack the product: Make sure the item is well packed to avoid damage during transit. Use the original packaging where possible.
  4. Ship the product: Return shipping is at your own expense. The standard rate is approximately $18 per package. We may be able to offer a more affordable alternative via email.
  5. Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we process your refund within 7 days. The amount is refunded via the original payment method.

Note: processing time at your bank may take a few additional business days.

Non-returnable items

  • Items without a hygiene sticker (swimwear)
  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products with stains, odors, damage or signs of use

Responsibility & damage

We are not liable for loss or damage during return shipment. Make sure to pack the item properly and, preferably, return it using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Our return address is outside the EU (Asia). Please be aware that returns to a warehouse outside the EU may result in longer transit times and higher shipping costs.

Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping is at your expense (approximately $18 per package).

Address changes

Want to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at info@vandaliamo.com. We can only guarantee changes if the package has not yet been processed.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of receipt, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping fees.
