  • Translate & Adapt (Shopify): manages multi-language content; processes product and page text, not customer data.
  • Knowledge Base: serves our help-center articles and FAQ pages.

SEO and merchandising tools (no customer data)

  • Smart SEO, SEOLab - SEO Optimizer, SEOWILL - Image, Tapita SEO & Speed, Alt Text King, Sami Product Labels: optimize page metadata, image alt-text, structured data and on-page elements. These tools process catalog data only and do not access customer personal information.

Internal admin and operations (no customer data)

  • Section Store, Hextom Bulk Product Edit, SGT SKU & Barcode, SyncWith for Google Sheets, Flow (Shopify), Jack 2: internal admin, automation and reporting tools used by our team. They operate on order, product or inventory data and do not process customer-facing personal data beyond what is needed to fulfill orders.

6. Sale or sharing of personal information

Under the CCPA, "sharing" is defined to include the disclosure of personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We engage in such sharing to provide you with more relevant advertising about our products and services. The categories of information we may share for this purpose include Identifiers, Commercial Information, and Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information with our advertising partners.

  • Customer Accounts: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for 3 years, we may delete or anonymize your account information.

  • Technical and Log Data: We retain technical logs and analytics data for up to 12 months for security, fraud prevention, and site improvement purposes.
