6bis. Tools and Service Providers We Use

Your information may be shared with the following categories of recipients and processors. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated as we add or remove services:

Platform and payment

  • Shopify Inc. - online store hosting, order management, payment processing (Shopify Payments).
  • Payment service providers: PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other gateways used at checkout.

Email and SMS marketing

  • Klaviyo: email and SMS marketing and segmentation (only with your consent).

Analytics, attribution, and user behaviour

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads: traffic analysis and advertising (only with cookie consent).
  • Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps for user experience improvement (only with cookie consent).

Advertising and sales channels

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram): targeted advertising and social commerce (only with cookie consent).
  • Google & YouTube: Shopping ads and video campaigns (only with cookie consent).

Customer service

  • Help desk tools: managing customer requests and support tickets.
  • Shopify Inbox: live chat with customer service.

6ter. Additional Named Service Providers

In addition to the recipients listed in section 6bis, the following service providers also process personal data on our behalf, each bound to handle your data only on our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR):

  • Wetracked – cookieless analytics and attribution of page views and conversions.
  • ParcelPanel – order tracking portal; receives your order number and email address to send you shipment and delivery updates.
  • Okendo (Australia / USA) – customer review platform; receives your name, email address, order reference and any photos or text you submit with a review.
  • Trustpilot A/S (Denmark) – we may share your order email address with Trustpilot to invite you to leave a review of your purchase.
  • T-Lab AI Language Translate – translation of storefront content into your language; stores your language preference in a cookie on your device.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Union, notably in the United States (Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, Klaviyo).

In these cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF): for DPF-certified US providers.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): approved by the European Commission for other transfers outside the EU.
